The practice is operating a total online triage via AccuRx Online Triage.


Once you have completed your triage form, a clinician will get back to you to discuss your health query between 24 to 72 hours. Should your condition deteriorate and you become unwell, please call NHS 111.


Please call us if you have any issues accessing AccuRx Online Triage and a member of staff will happily guide you.

You are able to access our 'Enhanced Access Service' service here at Upton Lane Medical Centre and East End Medical Centre

or contract the practice reception team.

Appointments available Monday - Friday 6:30pm- 8:00pm and Saturday's 9:00am-5:00pm

If you are unable to attend an appointment at the practice during the practice hours or during the 'Enhanced Access Service' you can access the 'Newham Seven Day Service' contact the practice for an evening and weekend appointment.
