Repeat prescriptions are accepted in
- Writing/Post
- Email
- Online (Get your online details from reception)
- Your Pharmacy can also request your repeat prescriptions for you
Request your repeat medication at least 4 days before you run out of your medication.
Repeat prescriptions may not be requested over the telephone for safety reasons and to avoid any mistakes being made.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Also ensure prescriptions are collected by an adult as we do not hand them to anyone under the age of 16.
